Manager Product Innovation & Partnership (Fintech)

hirify.global operates the M-Pesa mobile money ecosystem and delivers digital financial services through partner integrations.

What you will do

• Develop and execute the M-Pesa product innovation roadmap for the DRC market.
• Assess, design, implement, test, and launch new financial products, digital services, and customer journey enhancements.
• Manage end-to-end product and service lifecycle activities across initiation, analysis, development or configuration, testing, go-to-market, and post-launch review.
• Drive partner and third-party integrations through APIs and digital platforms, including onboarding and connectivity support.
• Coordinate Technology, Risk, Compliance, Regulatory, Customer Care, Revenue Assurance, and other stakeholders.
• Prepare project documentation, change requests, product specifications, testing packs, privacy assessments, and configuration guides.

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Telecommunications, or an equivalent field.
• At least 5 years of experience in mobile money, fintech, digital financial services, banking, or payment systems.
• At least 2 years of experience in product management, project management, or partnership management.
• Knowledge of digital wallets, APIs, integration systems, payment systems, mobile money technologies, and fintech ecosystems.
• Experience with agile product development, customer journey design, product development, lifecycle management, and stakeholder coordination.
• Must speak and write both French and English.

Nice to have

• Experience with card management systems, card processing, or POS management.
• Experience supporting suppliers and third parties.
• Strong presentation, reporting, communication, relationship-building, and team leadership skills.
