Location: Remote, United States
Salary: $55,000–$70,000 per year, plus discretionary bonus targets of 5% cash and 5% restricted stock units.

What you will do
- Manage high-volume client service requests, case administration tasks, and service deliverables from initiation through closure.
- Coordinate Chapter 7 bankruptcy cases, including asset review, claims administration, notices, distributions, reconciliations, and closing activities.
- Serve as a primary contact for trustees, attorneys, debtors, creditors, and clients, resolving inquiries and complex bankruptcy-related issues.
- Review petitions, schedules, statements, claims, court filings, dockets, and supporting documentation for accuracy and completeness.
- Monitor court deadlines, meeting schedules, claims bar dates, distribution deadlines, and other case milestones.
- Prepare case records, reports, correspondence, service estimates, pricing information, invoices, and billing documentation while identifying process improvements.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of Chapter 7 bankruptcy administration experience.
- Strong knowledge of bankruptcy procedures, trustee operations, claims administration, asset administration, distributions, case closing, and case management workflows.
- Experience supporting bankruptcy trustees, law firms, financial institutions, or bankruptcy service providers.
- Familiarity with PACER, bankruptcy court procedures, claims management systems, and bankruptcy case management software.
- Strong organizational, analytical, problem-solving, communication, and time-management skills with high attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook; ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Nice to have
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience with case management, ticketing, CRM, workflow, or related business systems.
- Experience with asset liquidation support, notices and certificates of service, and 341 meeting scheduling and administration.
