Salary: $165,000–$250,000 annual base salary

What you will do

• Evaluate potential transactions and determine which names should be placed on restricted or watch lists.
• Work with legal, compliance, and investment teams on adding or removing companies from lists and assessing material non-public information.
• Identify, analyze, and formulate recommendations for resolving potential transactional conflicts of interest.
• Evaluate and manage wall-crossing requests, obtain deal updates, and document conflicts-clearance analysis.
• Review trade pre-clearances for public-side businesses and assist with personal trading pre-clearances.
• Enhance systems used to document conflicts checks and manage restricted and watch lists.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• 7+ years of experience at a major financial services firm in a control room or conflicts management group, or relevant legal and compliance experience.
• Strong analytical, issue-spotting, and decision-making skills.
• Confident and effective communication skills.
• Ability to work independently while contributing effectively as part of a team.
• Substantial initiative, creativity, drive, and attention to detail.
