What you will do
- Provide administrative, operational, project management, calendar, meeting, travel, and stakeholder engagement support to Healthy Living leadership.
- Assist with budgets, forecasting, financial reporting, purchasing, reimbursements, payroll allocations, and fiscal year planning.
- Coordinate advisory groups, meetings, communications, reports, presentations, and materials for internal and external partners.
- Support planning, implementation, evaluation, and continuous improvement across the Healthy Living program portfolio.
- Coordinate community-engaged research projects, strategic initiatives, and activities across multiple program locations.
- Maintain project management and evaluation tools, organize data, and support leadership decision-making and operational effectiveness.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- At least four years of related experience.
- Ability to manage confidential information securely and comply with privacy policies.
- Strong initiative, independent working ability, multitasking, prioritization, communication, planning, and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of word processing, spreadsheet, database, and presentation applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Teams.
Nice to have
- Master’s degree in public health, business, public administration, science, health administration, health communication, or a related field.
- Six or more years of progressively responsible experience in research management, operations, executive support, or related administration.
- Experience with grant administration, budget management, university systems, community-engaged research, human subjects research, and research grants.
- Experience with scientific writing, proposal preparation, reporting, manuscript editing, and project evaluation.
- Fluent Spanish and English communication skills.
