What you will do
- Generate and follow up on corporate sales leads to achieve business growth and profitability targets.
- Research and develop opportunities across assigned industries and market segments, including expatriate insurance arrangements.
- Prepare and deliver client-specific presentations that communicate Cigna’s value proposition.
- Build and maintain relationships with brokers, consultants, strategic partners, prospective clients, and internal Cigna offices.
- Advise clients and partners on expatriate employee benefits and group healthcare insurance requirements.
- Maintain accurate prospect and opportunity data in SFDC CRM and contribute to product, business, and other strategic projects.
Requirements
- Sales experience in the corporate market with international exposure.
- Essential experience in corporate employee benefits, particularly group healthcare insurance.
- Strong consultative sales, negotiation, influencing, presentation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to analyze statistical information, communicate complex concepts clearly, and solve problems in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently, set goals, manage time and projects, and collaborate with organizations and functions at all levels.
- Experience with Microsoft Office and awareness of regulatory requirements.
Nice to have
- Fluency in written and spoken Arabic.
