Business Technology Solutions Associate Consultant - Intern (North America - University Students)

Location: Hybrid work in Evanston, Illinois; Philadelphia, Pennsylvania; Princeton, New Jersey; or Thousand Oaks, California, United States. The role combines working from home with on-site presence at hirify.global offices or client sites, and requires travel to other offices and client locations as needed.

Salary: $8,000 per month.

What you will do

• Collaborate with internal and client teams to shape and implement technology solutions for business problems.
• Translate business needs into technical designs and work with technical architects to validate implementation approaches.
• Lead project modules and workstreams while participating in hands-on implementation.
• Support project planning, staffing, risk mitigation, task distribution, and end-to-end delivery.
• Guide deliverables including business cases, solution vision and design, user requirements, prototypes, technical architecture, test cases, deployment plans, and operations strategy.
• Manage diverse project teams and provide mentorship and coaching to junior members.

Requirements

• Currently in the junior year of a bachelor's degree or the first year of a master's degree in Business Analytics, Computer Science, MIS, or a related field, with strong academic performance.
• Three or more years of relevant professional experience delivering small- or medium-scale technology solutions.
• Ability to lead project teams, drive end-to-end activities, meet milestones, and provide mentorship.
• Strong understanding of RDBMS concepts, SQL, data warehousing, and reporting.
• Experience with big data concepts, data management, data analytics, and cloud platforms.
• Programming proficiency in Python, with strong analytical, problem-solving, algorithm, and data-structure skills.

• Experience working in virtual global teams and contributing to the timely delivery of multiple projects.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to structure complex concepts into clear frameworks and presentations.
