Location: Denver Metro area, Colorado; hybrid work from the downtown Denver office two days per week
Estimated base salary: $71,800–$121,000 USD annually

What you will do
- Lead a team of 7–10 staff and senior accountants, supporting professional development and a positive team environment.
- Review monthly capital-related account reconciliations and prepare variance reporting.
- Manage construction service projects and COGS accruals.
- Coordinate accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and year-end capital reporting close activities.
- Review work for accuracy, SOX control compliance, and adherence to company policies.
- Develop accounting projects and programs, and support quarterly and year-end audit schedules and requests.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and 5+ years of relevant accounting experience with progressive responsibility.
- At least 5 years of management experience leading teams of 7 or more employees.
- Experience with project accounting, fixed assets, and work in progress.
- Experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud is desired.
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills are required.
- Strong communication, organization, judgment, confidentiality, and ability to manage high-volume workloads under pressure.
