Performance Fitter (Golf)

Location: Minneapolis, Minnesota; field-based work in the US territory

Pay rate: $17.25 per hour

What you will do

• Conduct hirify.global and Odyssey product fitting events and deliver an outstanding customer experience.
• Set up and take down fitting carts, tents, displays, equipment, and other event materials.
• Use Callaway’s fitting protocol, launch monitor, and Odyssey Fits Tool to provide personalized product specifications.
• Present product features, advantages, and benefits to consumers and customers.
• Maintain fitting-cart inventory and ensure equipment is current and presentable.
• Communicate event accomplishments, challenges, and lessons learned to the Outside Sales Representative.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Strong verbal and written communication, customer service, leadership, and professional presentation skills.
• Ability to learn product characteristics, fitting concepts, and selling techniques.
• Valid driver’s license and proper insurance for the resident state; driving record must meet company criteria.
• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds and work primarily outdoors.
• Availability for scheduled weekdays and weekends during the golf season, with frequent travel within the assigned territory.

Nice to have

• Golf knowledge, golf club fitting, and launch-monitor experience.
• Retail golf or golf-shop selling experience.
• Knowledge of Callaway products and the retail golf business.
• A vehicle large enough to carry 15–20 golf bags and display tents, such as an SUV or minivan.
