Associate Consultant, Strategy (Life Sciences) (strategy consulting): Conducting primary and secondary research and developing quantitative and qualitative analyses for pharmaceutical and healthcare client solutions with an accent on strategic problem solving, client-ready communication, and project workstream management. Focus on creating consulting deliverables and presentations, supporting proposals and client meetings, and developing expertise across life sciences markets.
Location: Hybrid position with 50% office presence in Mexico City, Mexico

What you will do
- Conduct primary and secondary research and analyze findings for pharmaceutical and healthcare engagements.
- Perform quantitative and qualitative analysis to identify client issues and support solution development.
- Develop strategic recommendations, client deliverables, presentations, and proposals with senior support.
- Manage projects and workstreams of reasonable size while supervising junior team members.
- Support and present at client meetings and communicate strategic thinking in a client-ready format.
- Build consulting and pharmaceutical market knowledge through engagements, learning, and recruiting activities.
Requirements
- Undergraduate degree in life sciences, economics, or business, or a Ph.D. with little or no work experience.
- 3–5 years of relevant experience.
- Fluent English proficiency is required.
- Strong interest in healthcare and life sciences.
- Strong business acumen and understanding of client-based businesses.
