Business Technology Solutions Associate - Intern (North America - University Students)

Location: Hybrid work in Evanston, Chicago, Princeton, Thousand Oaks, South San Francisco, New York, Boston, Bellevue, or Philadelphia, United States. Regular work from home is combined with on-site presence at client or hirify.global offices. Travel to other offices and client locations is required as needed.

Salary: $6,000 per month.

What you will do

• Collaborate with internal and client teams to shape and implement technology solutions for critical business problems.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective technical designs.
• Design and implement technical features using appropriate development practices and technology stacks.
• Support technology solution development for client engagements and apply agile, waterfall, system integration testing, client review, QA, and unit testing methodologies.
• Work with development teams to interpret and implement business requirements accurately.
• Support team members in preparing comprehensive project implementation plans.

Requirements

• Currently in the junior year of a Bachelor's degree or the first year of a Master's degree in Business Analytics, Computer Science, MIS, or a related field, with strong academic performance.
• Proficiency in relational database concepts, SQL, and Python or another programming language.
• Knowledge of algorithms and data structures, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent English is required.
• Must have authorization to work in the United States without current or future employer sponsorship.
• Strong verbal and written communication, collaborative skills, and a client-first approach.

Nice to have

• Relevant coursework or up to three years of professional experience delivering small- or medium-scale technology solutions.
• Familiarity with big data concepts and AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Experience with productivity tools such as Copilot and SQL generation.
