Investment Analyst Intern - Private Debt & Equity, Summer 2027

Location: Milwaukee, WI Corporate; full-time onsite internship from June 2027 to August 2027

Salary: $16.50–$30.00 per hour

What you will do

• Evaluate direct private equity and private debt investment opportunities across multiple industries.
• Support senior deal team members throughout transaction analysis, modeling, and investment monitoring.
• Develop cash flow models, investment theses, and risk analyses.
• Analyze leveraged transactions and capital investments alongside private equity partners.
• Coordinate and communicate with corporate executives as responsibilities increase.
• Present investment opportunities to senior members of hirify.global Capital.

Requirements

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field, with graduation between December 2027 and May 2028.
• Cumulative GPA of 3.5 or higher.
• Previous work or classroom experience in investment banking, equity research, private equity, or corporate development.
• Knowledge of investments and economic forces affecting various industries.
• Proficiency in accounting, financial modeling, analytical problem-solving, and written and oral communication.
• Employer immigration sponsorship is not available for this role.

• Previous private debt and equity internship or relevant project experience.
