UX Experience Designer (Enterprise UX)

Location: Onsite, with the expectation of primarily working from an hirify.global office

What you will do

• Design end-to-end interaction experiences for complex features in enterprise networking and security products.
• Conduct user research, explore concepts, create user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes.
• Define interaction patterns, states, edge cases, and micro-interactions for medium-to-large features.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, UX designers, and design leads through critiques, workshops, and alignment sessions.
• Contribute to design systems and interaction standards while validating designs through usability testing and feedback.
• Ensure high-quality handoff and fidelity between approved designs and implementation.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of interaction design principles and UX heuristics.
• Ability to handle ambiguity, break down complex problems, and think in systems, flows, states, and scalable patterns.
• Understanding of accessibility and usability best practices.
• Working knowledge of frontend HTML, CSS, and JavaScript constraints.
• Advanced hands-on proficiency with Figma, including components, variants, auto layout, interactive prototyping, and design systems.
• Ability to communicate design decisions and their rationale clearly.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI-powered design tools for ideation, content assistance, and design exploration.
• Domain expertise in security, networking, or enterprise UX.
• Experience with data-driven design and A/B testing.
• Familiarity with journey mapping and usability testing tools such as Maze or UserTesting.
