Focus on securing speaking opportunities and partnerships, coordinating cross-functional stakeholders, and sharing scalable event best practices across regions.

What you will do
- Plan annual event calendars and evaluate just-in-time event opportunities.
- Review contracts, recommend budgets, track spending, and negotiate with vendors.
- Produce event collateral, including Cvent pages, emails, social content, signage, and booth designs.
- Manage lead capture using iCapture or a regional equivalent and maintain Salesforce data quality.
- Prepare post-event reports with KPIs and insights.
- Build organizer relationships to secure speaking opportunities and partnerships, while sharing best practices, templates, and business knowledge across regions.
Requirements
- Experience in event production, preferably for B2B technology or industrial companies.
- Ability to work autonomously in remote environments with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Hands-on experience with Cvent, Salesforce, and project tools such as Asana, Confluence, and Skilljar.
- Strong budget and contract management skills, including vendor negotiation experience.
- Fluent English and Spanish are required.

- Experience coordinating with Sales, Finance, HR, and ES teams.
- Experience securing speaking opportunities and partnerships.
- Basic analytics and reporting proficiency.
