TL;DR

What you will do
- Lead maintenance operations for machinery, vehicles, building systems, and facility infrastructure.
- Develop preventive maintenance schedules and coordinate repairs, replacements, upgrades, and equipment performance monitoring.
- Manage maintenance technicians, electricians, and mechanics, including task assignment, performance goals, and training.
- Develop the maintenance budget, control costs, and participate in capital budget planning.
- Coordinate vendors and contractors for services such as HVAC and plumbing while maintaining safety and company standards.
- Oversee facility upkeep, inventory of parts and tools, safety inspections, emergency procedures, landscaping, cleanliness, and improvement projects.
Requirements
- Bachelorβs degree in engineering, business, or a related field with 5+ years of relevant experience, or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years of supervisory or leadership experience.
- Ability to interpret technical journals, blueprints, financial reports, and legal documents.
- Experience with a formal problem-solving methodology, including Six Sigma.
- Ability to lead an organization of 10+ employees across up to two manufacturing buildings.
- Ability to perform physical duties including standing, walking, bending, climbing stairs, reaching overhead, pushing, pulling, and lifting up to 30 pounds; occasional lifting over 50 pounds.
Nice to have
- Masterβs degree.
- CMRP, CRL, or CRE certification.
- Knowledge of TPM, RCM, and FMEA.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or PLC programming.
