What you will do
- Counsel clients on employment-law-related matters.
- Take and defend depositions and attend court conferences.
- Conduct legal research and draft memoranda, motions, pleadings, position statements, and dispositive motions.
- Lead discovery-related activities and employment investigations.
- Contribute to a team-oriented employment law practice.
Requirements
- Juris Doctor degree.
- Active Utah law license and good standing in Utah are required, with continuing licensure maintained during employment.
- 7+ years of employment litigation defense experience preferred.
- Superior written and oral communication skills.
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
