Faculty Instructor & Bracken Business Center Coach (Business Education): Teaching business courses and coaching students on resumes, presentations, cover letters, and other professional communications with an accent on applied business education and career development. Focus on mentoring students, developing curriculum and educational resources, and delivering individual, group, and classroom coaching.
Location: On campus in Bozeman, Montana, United States

What you will do
- Teach up to four on-campus courses in the College of Business and Entrepreneurship.
- Develop or update curricula and courses.
- Evaluate, mentor, and advise students on academic and professional development.
- Coach students individually and in small groups on resumes, cover letters, presentations, and business communications.
- Create educational resources, events, and classroom presentations for the Bracken Center.
- Participate in weekly faculty meetings and collaborate with faculty and students.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in a relevant field.
- Experience mentoring or coaching students in professional communication or career development.
- Ability to build rapport with first-year students and support learners from diverse backgrounds.
- Strong written communication, customer service, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Ongoing availability and flexibility to meet student and faculty needs within the Bracken Center and College of Business and Entrepreneurship.
Nice to have
- At least three years of substantial teaching experience in the relevant subject area.
- Current professional expertise in the teaching area.
- Experience in higher education writing or communication centers.
- Knowledge of college student development.
