What you will do

• Support financial representatives, their staff, and clients with retirement and investment account asset movement.
• Process account transactions and handle inquiries in a call center environment.
• Research complex or semi-complex transaction issues and identify root causes and solutions.
• Manage case ownership, anticipate follow-up issues, and prevent repeat calls or unnecessary transfers.
• De-escalate challenging situations and advocate for clients and financial representatives.
• Educate field partners about asset movement technology, website capabilities, and self-service options while protecting confidential information.

Requirements

• Associate's degree in business or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• At least four years of customer service experience; asset movement, related transactions, or financial services experience is preferred.
• Advanced written and verbal communication skills for explaining complex processes and resolving client inquiries.
• Ability to multitask accurately while handling a high volume of calls and cases.
• Strong organization, prioritization, attention to detail, keyboarding, and computer skills.
• Fingerprinting and completion of required forms are required for the associated-person classification under NMIS and FINRA guidelines.
