Salary: $18.50 per hour; listed compensation range: $16.50–$20.00 USD hourly

What you will do
- Conduct product fitting days and deliver a strong customer experience from setup through event completion.
- Set up and take down fitting carts, tents, displays, equipment, and marketing materials according to product fitting protocols.
- Conduct customer fittings using launch monitors, the Odyssey Fits Tool, and other provided tools.
- Explain and Odyssey product features, advantages, and benefits to diverse audiences.
- Provide personalized product specifications and apply appropriate selling techniques.
- Coordinate with the Outside Sales Representative, communicate event results and challenges, and share lessons learned.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED.
- Strong communication, customer service, leadership, and professionalism skills.
- Ability to learn product characteristics, fitting concepts, and the full Callaway product line.
- Valid driver’s license, proper insurance for the resident state, and a driving record meeting company criteria.
- Ability to lift up to 60 pounds and work primarily outdoors.
- Availability for scheduled weekdays and weekends during the golf season, with frequent travel within the assigned territory.
Nice to have
- Golf knowledge, golf club fitting experience, and launch-monitor experience.
- Retail golf business knowledge and at least one year of successful retail or golf shop selling experience.
- Knowledge of previous Callaway products and the geography of the assigned territory.
- A vehicle large enough to carry 15–20 golf bags and display tents, such as an SUV or minivan.
