Blackstone Credit & Insurance - Infrastructure Credit, Senior Associate

Location: New York City or Houston, United States

Expected annual base salary: $150,000–$200,000, plus discretionary bonuses and potentially equity or other incentive compensation.

What you will do

• Participate in all stages of the infrastructure and asset-based credit investment process, from origination through execution.
• Perform financial analysis, financial modeling, and investment evaluation.
• Structure transactions and assess relevant risks and opportunities.
• Conduct industry research, competitive analysis, and due diligence.
• Draft memoranda and other materials for internal and external use.
• Share responsibility for transaction execution and ownership of work products within fast-paced deal teams.

Requirements

• 2+ years of relevant experience in investment banking, private equity, or private credit.
• Experience analyzing financial statements and conducting due diligence.
• Exceptional financial modeling and analytical skills.
• Strong organizational and process management skills.
• Excellent communication, teamwork, collaboration, and problem-solving skills in fast-paced investment environments.
