TL;DR
GTM Engineer (AI): Building revenue operations systems that connect Salesforce, enrichment tools, product usage, data warehouses, and agentic workflows with an accent on commercial data models, automation, and production-grade reliability. Focus on developing GTM agents, PLG-to-enterprise signal routing, revenue reporting, deal desk automation, and measurable adoption and revenue impact.
Location: Remote across the United States; offices in New York City, San Francisco, and Seattle
Salary: $175K–$225K annual salary for candidates in the U.S.

What you will do
- Own the commercial object model covering routing, territories, approvals, and downstream system integrations.
- Connect Salesforce, Gong, Clay, product usage data, and the data warehouse through APIs and webhooks.
- Build reporting for pipeline coverage, conversion, ramp velocity, and forecast accuracy.
- Develop and operate production GTM agents, including observability, evaluations, experiments, and iteration.
- Build product-led-growth-to-enterprise signal routing, enrichment infrastructure, churn-risk detection, and expansion detection.
- Automate deal desk workflows and ship improvements based on frontline seller feedback, measuring adoption and revenue impact.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience across RevOps, GTM engineering, sales operations, or an adjacent applied technical discipline, including at least 3 years in RevOps or GTM engineering.
- Demonstrable builds connecting Salesforce with adjacent GTM systems, enrichment pipelines, routing logic, or production agent workflows.
- Strong experience with Python, SQL, APIs, and agentic workflows.
- Experience with data warehouses, BI tools, or event-driven systems.
- Familiarity with enterprise sales motions involving $100K–$2M ACV.
- Ability to work remotely from the United States.
Nice to have
- Clay proficiency; candidates without prior experience should be able to demonstrate rapid proficiency during the interview process.
- Background in analytics engineering, finance, or data science.
