IT Communications Lead (Healthcare)

What you will do

• Plan and implement stakeholder engagement plans for a large, complex organization.
• Develop and execute internal communications campaigns.
• Lead change communications and support change leadership initiatives.
• Create, edit, and deliver clear written, creative, and verbal communications.
• Execute high-quality communications programs with speed, accuracy, and efficiency.

Requirements

• At least 10 years of internal communications experience.
• Recent experience planning and implementing stakeholder engagement plans and internal communications campaigns.
• Proven experience with stakeholder engagement, change leadership, and change communications.
• Excellent writing, editing, creative, and verbal communication skills.
• Strong project management and decision-making skills.
• Excellent PowerPoint and Microsoft Office skills, including Outlook and SharePoint.

Nice to have

• Experience in IT, healthcare, or Kaiser Permanente environments.
