What you will do
- Lead full-cycle recruiting for technical roles across IT, Shared Services, HRIS, and Centers of Excellence.
- Partner with hiring managers to define scorecards, competencies, and sourcing strategies for niche technical roles.
- Source passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Boolean search, referrals, and technical communities.
- Conduct technical screening conversations and manage multiple high-volume requisitions through offer closing.
- Build pipelines for hard-to-fill roles including data engineers, cybersecurity analysts, and ServiceNow developers.
- Provide market intelligence, pipeline metrics, compensation insights, and candidate-experience support.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required; a bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field is preferred.
- 4+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience, ideally supporting IT or engineering teams in-house.
- Experience recruiting for data engineering roles with working knowledge of AWS, Python, SQL, PySpark, data pipelines, ETL/ELT, and data warehousing.
- Experience recruiting for software engineering roles involving Angular, .NET, C#, Agile/Scrum, and CI/CD.
- Experience recruiting for cybersecurity, IT analyst, HR technology, and enterprise platform roles including ServiceNow, Dayforce, Workday, and Manhattan Associates.
- Strong Boolean search, stakeholder management, communication, negotiation, organization, and data-driven sourcing skills.
Nice to have
- Experience in retail, logistics, or supply chain technology environments.
- AIRS, LinkedIn, or other sourcing certifications.
- Experience building recruiting strategies for emerging or hard-to-source skill sets.
- Experience supporting multiple internal Centers of Excellence in a matrixed organization.
