hirify.global Corporation is hiring for a full-time technologist role focused on PU elastomer applications in APAC.

What you will do

• Ensure laboratory and machine-hall activities comply with company EHS standards and support a zero-reportable-accident goal.
• Develop optimized elastomer products using global application resources across Asia, EAME, and the USA.
• Coordinate with the Technical Manager on product development requests for Asian countries and provide regular progress updates.
• Transfer system-management and operational technology to country technicians for smooth commercialization.
• Monitor market trends and collect competitive information on products, activities, and literature.
• Collaborate with Asia Commercial and Technical Service teams and maintain effective teamwork across APAC.

Requirements

• Ability to follow EHS procedures and standards in laboratory and machine-hall environments.
• Capability to coordinate product development and technology-transfer activities.
• Ability to monitor market trends and evaluate new product applications.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills for collaboration across APAC technical and commercial teams.
