What you will do
- Perform physical, chemical, and microbiological analyses according to established procedures.
- Execute inspections and release testing for raw materials, in-process materials, and finished products.
- Interpret analytical results and document data accurately and promptly.
- Identify deviations, non-conformities, and out-of-specification results while supporting root cause analysis and CAPA follow-up.
- Calibrate and perform basic maintenance on laboratory and measurement equipment.
- Participate in internal, external, and regulatory audits and support training for junior technical personnel or interns.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Chemical Sciences, Biology, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in quality control, laboratory work, or related quality functions.
- Knowledge of analytical chemistry, quality control principles, specifications, analytical methods, and technical standards.
- Experience operating and interpreting results from Gas Chromatography and Gas Chromatography–Mass Spectrometry.
- Knowledge of sensory analysis and ability to describe sensory characteristics accurately.
- Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 22716, GMP, GLP, laboratory equipment, analytical instruments, and quality documentation.

- Experience in the fragrance, flavors, cosmetics, or specialty chemical industry.
- Experience with quality investigations and continuous improvement initiatives.
