Warehouse Receiver Cold Chain- 1st Shift

Location: On-site in Romeoville, Illinois, United States; Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–2:00 PM

What you will do

• Receive merchandise and materials from outside vendors and verify shipments against bills of lading and purchase orders.
• Inspect products for freshness, quality, damage, correct size, and expiration or sell-by dates.
• Unload trucks, break down pallets, stage returned products, and load outbound trucks.
• Document shortages, overages, damaged goods, and other shipment discrepancies.
• Select special store orders, stock products, rotate inventory, and prepare cases for repack operations.
• Maintain accurate records, safe work practices, good attendance, and confidentiality.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• At least two years of previous warehouse experience.
• Experience operating powered industrial equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, or stock pickers.
• Ability to communicate effectively with internal customers and management.
• Ability to work independently, follow safety procedures, and lift or move up to 75 pounds.
• Ability to work in warehouse temperatures ranging from very cool to very warm and in moderate-to-high noise levels.
