Behavior Clinician I - Habilitative Skill Building Program

Location: Tacoma, Washington, USA; work is performed in client homes, a clinical suite, and community settings.

Salary: $25.10–$28.00 per hour.

What you will do

• Implement Applied Behavior Analysis and positive behavior supports to help clients build skills and achieve personal goals.
• Run programming in client homes and the clinical suite, and facilitate social events and community outings.
• Provide coaching and support to direct-care staff and operations team members.
• Support in-home staff and clients during behavioral crises.
• Maintain documentation, case notes, reports, and monthly progress reports using Therap, Microsoft Excel, and OneDrive.
• Coordinate with therapists, families, clients, and clinical and operations teams.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience providing ABA in a role such as behavior technician, paraprofessional, or paraeducator.
• Experience implementing positive behavior supports for people with intellectual or developmental disabilities.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to use a personal vehicle for work.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and OneDrive.
• Strong critical-thinking, communication, independent problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• At least 18 years of age.
