What you will do
- Partner with senior leadership on day-to-day and strategic human resources matters.
- Coach and develop frontline leaders and support employee development opportunities.
- Manage complex employee relations issues and provide guidance on performance management and HR policies.
- Advise on succession planning, talent mobility, workforce planning, and organizational design.
- Analyze HR data, trends, and metrics to inform business decisions.
- Support compensation processes and interview senior-exempt candidates.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, human resources management, or a related field.
- One to three years of experience as an HR generalist or in employee coaching, staffing, and development.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of organizational design, job analysis, strategic workforce planning, and human resources regulations.
- Strong active listening, critical thinking, writing, speaking, time management, and problem-solving skills.
Nice to have
- Experience in recruitment, selection, training, compensation and benefits, labor relations, negotiation, and personnel information systems.
- Experience with curriculum and training design, instruction, and training metrics.
- Workday experience.
