What you will do

• Support clinical trial delivery across immuno-oncology and cell and gene therapy programs.
• Contribute to study plans and oversee assigned study components.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, sub-teams, and vendors to meet timelines and milestones.
• Monitor study progress, identify risks, and drive solutions.
• Support project financials, forecasting, scope management, and client communications.
• Ensure execution meets protocol, SOP, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences or a related field.
• Approximately 2 or more years of clinical research experience.
• Understanding of clinical trial processes and ICH-GCP regulations.
• Strong project coordination, organizational, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.

Nice to have

• Experience with cell and gene therapy, including CAR-T and cellular therapies, or immunotherapy.
• Global project management experience.
• Study start-up, initiation, and close-out experience.
• Experience with first-in-human, dose-escalation, or dose-expansion studies.
