Location: Miami, United States
Annual base salary: $148,000–$250,000, plus discretionary bonuses and potential equity or other incentive compensation.

What you will do
- Prepare and analyze detailed investment reports and provide accurate, timely financial insights for investors.
- Develop and review marketing and fundraising materials, including roadshow presentations, investor event materials, pitch books, performance memos, and talking points.
- Coordinate due diligence requests and investor queries with fundraising, deal, finance, legal, compliance, and other functional teams.
- Collect and analyze fund performance metrics, underlying-company data, and portfolio attributes across multiple internal teams.
- Draft senior-management presentations, marketing updates, deal books, and bespoke fund performance analyses.
- Own stakeholder relationships and complex workstreams while mentoring Analysts and Associates and coordinating their day-to-day responsibilities.
Requirements
- Undergraduate degree in Finance, Marketing, Accounting, Economics, or a quantitative discipline.
- 8+ years of experience in finance content creation, investor reporting or relations, transaction services, investment operations, consulting, or a related field.
- Experience managing a team or multiple direct reports.
- Strong analytical, quantitative, organizational, communication, and project management skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Highly proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Employment is associated with the Miami, United States role location.
