Performance Fitter - Coastal Carolinas (Golf)

Location: CG - Field - US; frequent travel within the assigned territory and occasional travel to surrounding territories are required.

Pay rate: $16.50–$18.25–$20.00 per hour

What you will do

• Conduct product fitting days and deliver a strong customer experience at demo and fitting events.
• Set up and take down fitting carts, tents, displays, equipment, and marketing materials according to company protocols.
• Conduct customer fittings using launch monitors, the Callaway fitting protocol, and other provided tools.
• Explain product features, advantages, and benefits across the hirify.global and Odyssey product lines.
• Run and train on the Odyssey Fits Tool, apply selling techniques, and provide personalized product specifications.
• Track inventory and communicate event accomplishments, challenges, and lessons learned to the Outside Sales Representative.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Strong customer service, verbal and written communication, presentation, leadership, and professional skills.
• Ability to learn product characteristics, distinguish features and benefits, and present technical information to diverse consumers.
• Valid driver’s license and proper insurance for the resident state; driving record must meet company criteria.
• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds and work primarily outdoors.
• Availability for scheduled weekdays and weekends during the golf season; typical event days last 5–6 hours.

Nice to have

• Golf knowledge, golf club fitting experience, and launch monitor experience.
• Retail golf or golf shop selling experience, including at least one year preferred.
• Knowledge of the golf retail business and past Callaway products.
• Vehicle large enough to carry 15–20 golf bags and display tents, preferably an SUV or minivan.
