Guideline Monitoring Senior Analyst

Location: Boston, MA, United States; hybrid schedule with four days in the office and one day working remotely per week

Salary: USD 90,000–180,000 base salary per year, plus potential bonus, incentives, and benefits.

What you will do

• Support investment teams in ensuring transactions and holdings comply with client guidelines and regulatory requirements.
• Review Investment Management Agreements and evaluate client investment guidelines.
• Maintain the Sentinel guideline monitoring system.
• Provide real-time pre-trade support to investors and resolve post-trade exceptions generated by Sentinel.
• Collaborate with Guideline Monitoring Analysts, Global Relationship Teams, Product Management, and Portfolio Management.
• Develop a detailed understanding of investment strategies, client guidelines, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• 4–7 years of industry experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or a related Business field.
• Working knowledge of equity, fixed income, and derivative securities.
• Strong organizational, interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities independently and collaboratively, with strong attention to detail and control awareness.
• Strong computer and digital literacy, particularly with Word, Excel, and similar applications.

Nice to have

• Experience in guideline monitoring, investment operations, or compliance.
• Understanding of different regulatory regimes.
