Pharmacy Technician Associate Representative (Specialty Pharmacy)

Location: Remote work from Ohio, Florida, Tennessee, or Indiana

Salary: $17.75–$25 USD per hour, depending on experience and geographic location; eligible for an annual bonus plan.

What you will do

• Provide service to providers and patients while building trust.
• Translate prescriptions and enter prescription information accurately into patient profiles.
• Perform pharmacy data entry and queue-related operations in accordance with applicable regulations.
• Collaborate with pharmacists under established work instructions, policies, and procedures.
• Support quality assurance, report adverse events, and assist with provider and patient outreach.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least 1 year of relevant experience.
• Valid pharmacy technician license strongly preferred, or pharmacy technician training, certification, or registration as required by state law.
• Basic math and computer skills, including Windows navigation, Microsoft applications, internet, and email.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to learn internal systems, processes, and programs.
