What you will do
- Conduct market surveys to understand customers and competitors.
- Scout, evaluate, and support the selection of new business development ideas.
- Prepare macroeconomic reports for management and monitor relevant external factors.
- Collaborate with inside and outside sales teams to strengthen existing business and develop new markets.
- Advise and support customers together with outside sales.
- Support the AE team with OEM Offspring promotion and the global robotics program.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in chemical engineering, mechanical engineering, or a related field.
- Strong communication skills in Chinese and English are required.
- Open-minded, adaptable to foreign cultures, and entrepreneurial.
- Flexible and innovative approach to a fast-growing, market-oriented organization.
- Willingness to travel for customer relationships and business trips.
