Physical Therapist Assistant (AI)

Location: Fort Collins, Colorado, US

Salary: $24–$30 per hour

What you will do

• Provide individualized, one-on-one physical therapy treatment under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist.
• Implement therapeutic exercises, activities, and other interventions according to treatment plans.
• Educate patients and caregivers on exercises, treatment techniques, and home programs.
• Monitor patient progress and communicate changes or concerns to the supervising Physical Therapist.
• Coordinate care with clinical leadership and maintain accurate clinical documentation.
• Follow clinical, safety, and regulatory standards while supporting a compassionate patient experience.

Requirements

• Associate degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
• Current or eligible Physical Therapist Assistant license in Colorado.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a collaborative clinical team.
• Commitment to patient-centered care and ability to meet the physical demands of the position.

Nice to have

• Clinical experience as a Physical Therapist Assistant.
