NCC Tier I Technician (Network Operations)

Location: United States. Schedule: Wednesday-Saturday, 12 noon-10PM CST. Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.

Salary: $26.00-$28.00 USD per hour

What you will do

• Respond to internal and external stakeholder inquiries through multiple communication channels.
• Monitor and respond to tickets, network alerts, and general customer inquiries.
• Research issues, ask clarifying questions, identify solutions, and escalate unresolved problems.
• Document reported issues and communicate customer impact and urgency.
• Assign tickets to appropriate teams, leads, and managers and provide customers with updates.
• Resolve inquiries using documented processes and professionally manage difficult customer situations.

Requirements

• High school diploma.
• Zero to one year of customer service experience; NOC experience is preferred.
• Current US work authorization is required; employer-sponsored work authorization is not available, including OPT, TN, H1B, or other work visas.
• Ability to navigate multiple computer systems and applications simultaneously.
• Knowledge of G-Suite applications.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, active listening, attention to detail, organization, multitasking, prioritization, and time management skills.
• Ability to pass a background screening and work in a fast-paced environment.
