What you will do
- Accurately weigh formulas and prepare trial oils, dilutions, IPCs, samples, and smelling strips for testing and perfumer approval.
- Manage raw and packaging material orders, urgent requests, and stock refreshes through SAP.
- Create and track application tasks in SAP according to perfumer instructions.
- Maintain records of perfumer creations and trial oils using Excel.
- Retrieve materials, prepare samples for training and evaluations, and verify material consistency from the Jurong plant.
- Supervise and prioritize tasks for junior assistants while maintaining laboratory cleanliness, equipment functionality, and safety reporting.
Requirements
- Diploma in Chemical or another relevant discipline.
- Basic knowledge of compounding.
- Familiarity with SAP tools for logistics and material requests.
- Knowledge of basic computer tools, including Excel-based record keeping.
- Commitment to safety and good housekeeping practices.
- Availability to work onsite in Singapore.
