What you will do

• Deliver routine new-hire onboarding for the Strategic Sales team.
• Train new Sales representatives on sales techniques, standard operating procedures, sales technology, and customer service practices.
• Facilitate interactive training sessions, workshops, and role-playing exercises.
• Maintain team member training records and follow the assigned curriculum.
• Collect participant and management feedback to improve training programs and measure their impact on sales performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• At least three years of experience.
• Intermediate Microsoft Office skills.
• Expanded conceptual knowledge in the relevant area and an understanding of business drivers.
• Ability to provide guidance to less-experienced colleagues and solve straightforward problems.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.

• Intermediate CRM software skills.
• Basic knowledge of the fuel and trucking industry.
