Certified Surgical Technologist (Operating Room)

Location: Manchester, New Hampshire, United States; full-time day shift, 7:00 a.m.–5:30 p.m., 40 hours per week

What you will do

• Identify and prepare sterile instrumentation and equipment for surgical procedures.
• Assist the surgical team with verification, intra-operative procedures, and case closure protocols.
• Review surgical bookings and match procedures to surgical preference cards.
• Select instrumentation accurately using preference cards.
• Inspect instruments for sterility, safety, and function.
• Maintain the sterile field and respond appropriately to emergency situations.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited surgical technologist program.
• TS-C or CST certification required.
• Current BLS certification required.
• New Hampshire Medical Technologist registration required unless another current New Hampshire state license is held.
• Operating-room experience preferred.
