Production Clerk (Medical Devices)

Location: Alajuela, Costa Rica. Onsite work on a daytime 4x3 schedule, Wednesday through Saturday, 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

What you will do

• Perform and document production operations for fabrication, modification, and assembly of medical device components and finished devices.
• Conduct process and product tests and audits for quality and regulatory conformity.
• Follow standard operating procedures and maintain a clean, orderly, and safe work area.
• Process Epicor transactions between warehouses and the production floor.
• Review material-receipt documentation and corresponding Epicor transactions.
• Collaborate with the quality system and follow health, safety, environmental, and company requirements.

Requirements

• High school diploma and 2–3 years of related experience.
• Intermediate computer skills, including email, database activities, word processing, spreadsheets, and graphics.
• Ability to read and understand technical documentation and complete manufacturing-technique training.
• Ability to learn and follow GMP and other regulatory requirements.
• Ability to understand simple written instructions, write basic correspondence, and perform basic mathematical calculations.
• Manual dexterity for work requiring finger use, with the ability to lift or carry items and work in a moderate-noise indoor environment.
