Location: Cambridge, MA; field territory covers South Ohio, Virginia, West Virginia, and West Pennsylvania. The role is non-office based but requires in-person stakeholder meetings, driving a company car, and possible substantial national and international travel. U.S. and Puerto Rico residents only.
Salary: $146,250–$211,250 annually

What you will do
- Build trusted scientific relationships with key opinion leaders, healthcare providers, payers, patients, and other external stakeholders.
- Exchange approved medical and scientific information on respiratory diseases and supported products through individual and group interactions.
- Develop territory and stakeholder engagement plans aligned with Medical Affairs strategy.
- Gather, document, and communicate insights from stakeholder interactions, published studies, and emerging evidence.
- Support evidence-generation activities, including epidemiology, surveillance, effectiveness studies, clinical trial site identification, and investigator-sponsored studies.
- Collaborate with Medical Affairs, Commercial Operations, Business Development, Regulatory, and other internal stakeholders while maintaining compliance.
Requirements
- Advanced degree in a technical, scientific, or medical field, such as MD, PhD, PharmD, RN, MS, PA, or NP.
- At least 2 years of experience with Type 2 respiratory diseases, including asthma and COPD, related clinical experience, or Immunology Specialty experience.
- Valid driver's license, clean driving record, ability to pass a background check, and willingness to drive a company vehicle safely for daily meetings.
- Knowledge of respiratory disease management, clinical decision-making, healthcare systems, scientific data interpretation, and research study design.
- Strong communication, presentation, planning, prioritization, diplomacy, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Knowledge of pharmaceutical regulations and non-promotional compliance requirements.
Nice to have
- Previous pharmaceutical industry or Medical Science Liaison experience.
- Relevant immunology clinical experience.
- Experience supporting multidisciplinary projects and managing a significant volume of activities.
