What you will do
- Acquire and deepen branch customer relationships through proactive sales and service activities.
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate banking solutions to improve financial wellbeing and increase loyalty.
- Conduct outbound calls, appointment setting, service-to-sales conversations, teller interactions, and lobby engagement.
- Build customer share of wallet through ecosystem partnerships and community Centers of Influence.
- Educate customers on transaction-management options and use banking technology, tools, and resources.
- Manage customer problems, branch risk, policies, procedures, and daily operations accurately and efficiently.
Requirements
- Typically 3+ years of related experience or relevant product knowledge.
- An associate degree or equivalent is typically expected; a comparable combination of education, certifications, and experience may be considered.
- Knowledge of banking products, retail lending, prospecting, selling, customer needs, and problem solving.
- Strong customer service, communication, prioritization, and technology skills.
- Must work in the office at the Cary Main Branch.
