Trade Category Elevation Intern (Category Management): Supporting Taste Elevation and category development in Antwerp through promo plan alignment, product performance tracking, market share analysis, and sell-out forecasting with an accent on commercial strategy and cross-functional collaboration. Location: Antwerp, Berchem; hybrid work with 60% of the week in the office and 40% from home
Allowance: €625 per month for 40 hours per week, plus full reimbursement of travel expenses

develops and markets food brands, with the category team supporting commercial strategy, brand growth, and category management.
What you will do
- Lead promotional plan alignment with Sales and Revenue Growth Management colleagues.
- Track product performance to support retailer and channel strategy.
- Perform monthly market share and performance analyses.
- Provide relevant insights to the Trade Category Manager and support sell-out forecasting.
- Conduct ad-hoc analyses to identify and develop new commercial opportunities.
- Work with marketing, sales, finance, procurement, and other commercial teams on day-to-day challenges.
Requirements
- EU working rights are required; candidates must have EU citizenship or be studying in the Netherlands.
- Currently enrolled at a European university for at least 50% of the internship duration.
- Nearing completion of a bachelor's degree or pursuing a master's degree.
- Good written and spoken English.
- Experience with data analysis and intermediate or advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
- Strong communication, organizational, problem-solving, commercial, and attention-to-detail skills.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of Dutch or French.
