What you will do
- Design, implement, maintain, and improve the software lifecycle controls assurance framework across technology systems.
- Automate the collection, validation, and reporting of IT control evidence within CI/CD pipelines and integrated toolchains.
- Apply AI tooling for control monitoring, trend analysis, and anomaly detection in regulated systems.
- Translate governance and regulatory requirements into technical specifications, acceptance criteria, and control configurations.
- Partner with owners of GitHub, Jira, JFrog Artifactory, qTest, ServiceNow, and related platforms.
- Maintain digital traceability, data integrity controls, audit readiness, and remediation activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree with 6 years of relevant experience, master's degree with 5 years, or PhD with 0 years of experience.
- Experience working in a regulated industry such as pharmaceuticals or medical devices.
- Fluency with modern software development toolchains and CI/CD platforms, including GitHub, Jira, JFrog Artifactory, qTest, ServiceNow CMDB, Azure DevOps, or AWS CodePipeline.
- Experience embedding controls into DevOps workflows or software delivery pipelines.
- Ability to communicate effectively with governance stakeholders and engineering teams.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
