Part-Time Student HR Department (Automotive)

Location: Trencin, Slovakia; hybrid work with remote work available for up to 2 days per week according to department agreement.

Salary: €6 per hour; €7 meal vouchers fully paid by the employer.

What you will do

• Administer internal HR systems, databases, and employee records.
• Prepare employment contracts, contract amendments, HR reports, and presentations.
• Manage meal voucher orders and benefits administration.
• Communicate with team leaders and employees.
• Coordinate student and internship programs.
• Support HR events, initiatives, and daily team operations.

Requirements

• Current university student.
• Upper-intermediate English skills required.
• Availability to work 20 hours per week for an extended period, including the next school year.
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and proactive approach.
• Good written and spoken communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team.
