Location: Onsite campus facilities role requiring a valid Montana CDL and work during inclement weather, including possible weekend, holiday, and on-call shifts during snow season.
Salary: Minimum $32.00 per hour, commensurate with experience, education, and qualifications.

What you will do
- Operate specialized waste, grounds maintenance, and snow-removal equipment.
- Collect, load, haul, and dispose of waste and recyclable materials.
- Remove snow and remediate ice from streets, sidewalks, and entryways.
- Maintain streets and sidewalks and support outdoor environmental safety.
- Perform equipment maintenance and maintain accurate records.
- Communicate with supervisors, coworkers, clients, and the public while providing professional customer service.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED.
- Valid Montana CDL, minimum Class B Type II, with a valid CDL medical certificate.
- Experience in general commercial grounds or waste operations.
- Ability to safely operate work-related equipment and tools and follow written and oral procedures.
- Ability to perform physically demanding work, move objects weighing up to 100 pounds, and work in dirty, dusty, and inclement-weather conditions.
- Successful completion of a pre-employment drug test and background check is required.
Nice to have
- Experience operating a front-loading compactor garbage truck.
- Commercial snow-removal experience.
- Experience maintaining specialized waste and grounds equipment.

- Typical shifts are Monday–Friday, 5:30 AM–2:00 PM or 8:30 AM–5:00 PM.
