What you will do

• Clean, key, seal, and prepare steel units for spraying.
• Apply primer and other coatings with rollers to achieve smooth, even coverage.
• Apply filler, polish surfaces, and mask areas that should not be painted.
• Mix paints and match colours for consistent, high-quality finishes.
• Inspect completed work, identify defects, and maintain required quality standards.
• Use equipment and PPE safely, report progress or delays to the team leader, and complete weekly timesheets.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a sheet metal or industrial environment.
• Experience with cleaning, preparation, priming, masking, filling, polishing, colour matching, and paint mixing.
• Ability to use and maintain relevant tools and equipment, including rollers, brushes, and sprayers.
• Strong attention to detail, quality-control skills, and the ability to identify and troubleshoot defects.
• Understanding of ISO 9001 and adherence to workplace policies, procedures, and safety standards.
• Strong communication, teamwork, efficiency, and time-management skills.
