Base pay: $62,000.00-$94,000.00 per year

What you will do
- Lead store strategy, execution, culture, and financial performance.
- Set sales and productivity goals, forecast sales, plan payroll, and align hiring with business needs.
- Coach selling and service standards, lead floor operations, and develop clienteling strategies.
- Recruit, onboard, retain, evaluate, and develop high-performing retail teams.
- Manage scheduling, payroll, inventory, HR, loss prevention, store presentation, and operational compliance.
- Partner with store leadership, district and regional leaders, and corporate teams on operational and strategic initiatives.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience as a Store Manager; luxury retail experience is preferred.
- Proven experience with sales strategy, clienteling, and team development.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and retail systems.
- Strong English language proficiency.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, public holidays, peak season, and high-traffic retail days.
- Ability to regularly lift at least 25 lbs, occasionally up to 50 lbs, and perform physical duties including climbing, bending, and kneeling.
