Salary: $120,000–$140,000 per year

What you will do
- Define the overall architecture, access patterns, governance, and scaling model for AI agents across multiple data domains and use cases.
- Design and own the central agent integration layer that mediates data access and consistently enforces controls.
- Evaluate LLM platforms, orchestration frameworks, Databricks Mosaic AI, and other technologies against business requirements.
- Establish agent patterns for governed data access, semantic context, accurate answers, and multi-tenant data boundaries.
- Define safety guardrails covering read-only access, role-based permissions, PII handling, output validation, and hallucination mitigation.
- Build evaluation standards using synthetic query suites, accuracy validation, test variations, and production-readiness criteria.
Requirements
- Deep experience designing and deploying production AI agent systems, including LLM selection, orchestration, and evaluation.
- Familiarity with the Databricks platform and related products.
- Strong understanding of structured data retrieval, semantic layers, and metadata-driven context.
- Experience evaluating LLM platforms and orchestration frameworks and assessing vendor trade-offs.
- Experience designing safety and governance patterns for AI systems.
- Ability to collaborate across data engineering, analytics, and business stakeholder teams.

- Experience in media, advertising, or other data-intensive industries with complex business metrics and multi-system data environments.
