Habilitative Program Administrator

Salary: $30–$33.45 per hour

What you will do

• Create functional assessments and Positive Behavior Support Plans using observations, collected data, and stakeholder meetings.
• Develop Individual Support Plan programs for adults on the caseload.
• Train and mentor support teams on plan implementation.
• Partner with program directors to implement habilitative programs.
• Review data in Therap and prepare reports on behavior and habilitative goal progress.
• Maintain planning trackers, monitor state policy changes, communicate with guardians and DDCS partners, and attend support planning meetings.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in psychology, behavior analysis, mental health, special education, social work, or a related discipline; candidates close to completing a master’s degree may also be considered.
• At least 2 years of professional experience supporting individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities.
• Experience writing functional assessments and Positive Behavior Support Plans for people with developmental disabilities, autism, mental health needs, or challenging behaviors.
• Strong administrative and leadership skills, including the ability to train and mentor support teams.

Nice to have

• Experience with Applied Behavior Analysis.
