What you will do
- Review contracts, measurement documents, photographs, and other materials to determine project specifications.
- Remodel tub and shower units.
- Determine which projects require permits and build relationships with local inspectors.
- Ensure plumbing work is completed according to applicable codes.
- Test plumbing systems for leaks and other issues.
- Modify pipes, fixtures, and other plumbing materials as required.
Requirements
- CMC or CMC-A plumbing license in the state of Tennessee required.
- Ability to understand complex concepts and exercise sound judgment.
- Ability to follow safety procedures.
